Slack Daily Leave Notifications

If enabled by the Client, Offlow may send automated daily leave updates to a designated Slack workspace or channel.

By enabling this feature, you agree that:

• Offlow may process and send employee leave status data to Slack
• We are not responsible for any data handling, storage, or privacy practices of Slack
• You maintain full responsibility for managing access and permissions inside your Slack workspace

Use of any integration is at your discretion and risk. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their functionality, availability, privacy practices, or failures.

Affiliate Program

Offlow offers an optional Affiliate Program that allows users to earn rewards by referring new customers.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Eligibility & Requirements

• You must have a valid Offlow Affiliate account
• You must not engage in spam, misleading promotions, or fraudulent behavior
• You must comply with all laws, advertising standards, and ethical practices

Referral Tracking

We may collect and process the following data for affiliate functionality:

• Referral links and click activity
• Sign-ups and conversions
• Commission and payout details

All affiliate-related activity is monitored to prevent fraud or abuse.

Commissions

• Commission rates, payout thresholds, and rules are displayed in your Affiliate Dashboard
• Offlow retains the right to modify commission structures
• Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or policy violations will result in loss of eligibility and withheld payments

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for misuse.

Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

AI and Automation Features

• Affiliate Program activities or earnings
• Reliance on AI-generated recommendations

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Misuse integrations or the Affiliate Program

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by closing your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
